Ingredients : Foxtail Millet, Kodo Millet, Little Millet, Barnyard Millet, Sorghum, Moong Dhal, Toor Dhal, Red Chilly Powder, Cumin seeds, Salt.

Directions for use :

  1. For 1 cup of Adai mix powder add water as per your requirement. Mix well and allow it to raise for 30 min.
  2. Heat a griddle or a non-stick tawa and pour a ladle full of the prepared Adai mix batter to form a circular shaped thick Adai.
  3. Drizzle a tsp of oil around the Adai and allow it to cook for sometime.
  4. Turn over the Adai and cook the other side too till golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with coconut chutney, sambar or jaggery.

Flavor Boosters:

  1. Heat oil, fry mustard seeds and sauté finely chopped onions.
  2. Add these to the Adai dosa batter along with coriander leaves, curry leaves, grated coconut before making the Adais.
